Closed beta
Your AI team, in one place.
Currently in closed beta with a handful of pilot businesses. Invitation only.
PIA is what we call ours. Yours gets whatever name you like.
How it works
Every seat has a job: your inbox, your calendar, your marketing, your quotes and invoices, your daily overview. Need help with something new? Pull up another chair. A new specialist joins the table and works with everything the others already know.
The one you talk to. You give it a name, it keeps the table together and knows what the others are doing.
All messages in one place: email, WhatsApp and calls. Nothing slips through.
Appointments proposed, confirmed and moved, in line with your calendar.
Posts and updates prepared in your voice, ready for you to approve.
Quotes drafted from the conversation, invoices sent once the job is done.
A short daily report: what got done, and what is waiting for you.
One seat stays free. You decide what goes out, and you can step in at any time.
Room for whatever comes next. Pull up a chair when your business needs it.
Overview
Your assistant reports back where you already look: on your phone. What got done today, and what needs you. No dashboards to dig through.

Privacy
Tingnex runs on servers located in Germany.
Your messages, contacts and documents belong to your business. They are used for the work you hand over, and for nothing else.
This site sets no cookies, has no tracking and loads nothing from other servers.
Background
Tingnex grows out of NEXUS, the AI team that helps run our own business every day: answering messages, keeping appointments, preparing quotes and reporting back.
What proves itself there comes to the table here. What does not, stays out.
About the name. A ting was the assembly of the Germanic peoples, where everyone sat as equals in a circle. Nex comes from NEXUS, the system it all started with.
